I got the adaptor because I don't have Bluetooth connectivity on my laptop. I did a quick search on bestbuy.com and saw that they had exactly what I needed. It was an easy plug and play setup and I can use my wireless headphones with no problem.

I used this to connect a headset to a PC and it worked.

Return the item but the problem may have been my PC. Too inexpensive to spend time troubleshooting it.

Plug it in and download the drivers. Works great on my WIN 10 PC.

i plugged it in and it didn't install its drivers automatically. I met all requirements, i have windows 10 and was connected to my fast internet and even after trying to find drivers it didn't find anything.

Needed multiple USB ports and this works great, just plug it in and go!

Can't get a better quality Bluetooth for the price!

Not really sure why these are still for sale. Very difficult to get these to work in Windows 10. Did not plug and play with my computer. No drivers available from manufacturer. After a good bit of looking online, found a few different drivers from other manufacturers that sort of got it to work, but none worked properly. Either I was able to get sound to work or microphone, never both. Just an incredible headache. Should have waited a day and got one from Amazon, which I've ended up doing anyway. Might be ok for someone with an older operating system. Windows 10/11 users beware. Will try and get a refund.

this is a good product. It is exactly as it was described.

I used this to connect my Samsung Buds to my computer since I don't have a bluetooth adapter built-in. If my arm was slightly blocking the dongle it would cause quite a bit of interference. Not only that but one day out of nowhere, not even a week into owning it, part of the casing popped off. I heard something hit the ground and when I checked it was the part that said "Insignia." I then decided I'll just take the dongle out so it won't fall apart more, but as I did that it completely just fell apart. The USB metal end was stuck in my USB port and I had to use pliers to pry it out. I would rate 0 stars if I could because I can't recommend any Insignia products, besides cables, at all, and this was the icing on the crap cake. In the defense of cables, those are very hard to mess up, but anything else Insignia makes just breaks apart out of nowhere.

Not good enough. Poor bluetooth connection and does not pair well.

This was a must to be able to use a controller for gaming.

The product was expected to perform as it should and it does.
