Did not plug and play with my computer. No drivers available from manufacturer. After a good bit of looking online, found a few different drivers from other manufacturers that sort of got it to work, but none worked properly. Either I was able to get sound to work or microphone, never both. Just an incredible headache. Should have waited a day and got one from Amazon, which I've ended up doing anyway. Might be ok for someone with an older operating system. Windows 10/11 users beware. Will try and get a refund.
