My PC is running Windows 10, but it didn't automatically install a driver. I researched what to do about this, and did what they recommended, but it didn't help. So I returned it and got an Asus. That worked like a charm.

The drivers shoud have been preinstalled or at the least some clear instructions. Would NOT recommend this to anyone.
