Worst bluetooth adapter I've ever seen

The drivers shoud have been preinstalled or at the least some clear instructions. Would NOT recommend this to anyone.

This after they sold me a an incorrect device the first time. It seems to not work with the Bose QC35's it was intended for, but does with a BT mouse. Overall, not happy with the purchase or experience with the store.

My PC is running Windows 10, but it didn't automatically install a driver. I researched what to do about this, and did what they recommended, but it didn't help. So I returned it and got an Asus. That worked like a charm.
