It didn’t work for me and when I looked online for help, I discovered a whole slew of other people this product hadn’t worked for. Maybe it works for some but I wouldn’t bother purchasing (and subsequently returning) this particular product.

Since you have only curbside pickup, I was not able to read the actual package until I got back home. The same curbside pickup makes it difficult to return anything, so I have WASTED MY MONEY. My computer is older, and did not work well, when I upgraded to Windows 10 for a while a couple of years ago, so I'm back on 7 stuck with 7 for a while. I KNEW I needed a Windows 7 product, and researched very carefully before buying this, but your improper description fooled me. I spent several hours downloading and trying drivers to see whether I could get the blue tooth dongle to work....... no success.

This adapter wouldn’t sync with them on a Win7 laptop, a Win7 desktop, and a Win10 desktop. Either defective or crappy drivers. I took it back. Fortunately, Best Buy has a great return policy.

I ended up having to order a completely new set including the mouse, keyboard and numbers pad. I’m not sure if this is Insignia’s fault or Microsoft’s. Ironically if it had worked it would’ve been a good value. Best Buy should probably put a sign of sorts up that these aren’t compatible. Bright spot: Best Buy has a return via UPS option so I don’t have to go to the store again

I've tried 3 different controllers with the newest one having significant delay. Granted for it's price point, I'm not really surprised.
