Great little bluetooth

Don't buy for Windows 10

Spent several hours wondering why I could not get it to work, then searched internet and found out it was only for Windows 10 according to forum users and this little detail was verified in small print on back of package. Tried contacting Best Buy for driver, was given no help at all. So yes, I could return but I bought online because stores were closed, I live 45 miles from nearest store, and have an issue that prevents traveling. No not happy with the lack of support!! I tried several means, calling and live chat.

difficult to install

The majority of times I'm having to troubleshoot the adapter. There's plenty of people on the internet who have tried finding a solution but from the looks of it people just returned it. Insignia doesn't seem to care either because rather than fix it they just released a Bluetooth 5.0 version.
