There are no drivers to be found that will support this item. No matter how many times you plug/unplug, remove/scan for hardware changes, it will not work. This product is a waste of money, I can no longer return it, because it is past the return deadline. I tried it with Windows 7 with no success. I just got a new computer yesterday and thought it has to work with Windows 10, nope doesn't work with that either. Please save yourself some headache and money and do not purchase this product.

Pretty good Dongle

Was hoping it would work connecting my PS4 controller through the DS4WINDOWS app but latency was an issue. Other than that it works as advertised with all my other bluetooth enabled devices.

Doesn't work with apple products

So everything I'm buying from best buy so far has been absolutely useless because no one knows how to write products descriptions anymore or put relevant info up front where it belongs. You have to dig to find out it's not going to work. Waste of time that never stops.

This product only works in Windows OS platform, doesn't support Mac OS.

He took me to an area and grabbed this item and said it will work. After getting home, opening package and placing into USB port I could not get the driver to install. I started troubleshooting and found this item does not support Win 7. Not to happy. Win 10 and 11 is a joke, I have both.
