It didn't sync well with my devices

I paid for a subscription from Driver Easy, and even they could not find a Windows 10 driver for the device. It shows up in device manager with an triangle that has an exclamation mark, indicating no driver found. Best Buy should contact the manufacturer and tell them the device is not supported, and to contract with someone to write a driver for it.
