Seemed to instsll OK, but was unable to turn on the BT function. After rebooting the PC, my user profile had disappeared! Had to use System Restore to undo the BT driver install, and restore my user profile. After a sussessful restore, I went back to look at the reviews of this BT Adapter and saw all the comments about Win 7 driver issues. I returned the item to BB for a refund. Should have checked the user reviews before making my purchase. Live and learn.
