No WIndows 10 driver for Insignia USB Bluetooth

I paid for a subscription from Driver Easy, and even they could not find a Windows 10 driver for the device. It shows up in device manager with an triangle that has an exclamation mark, indicating no driver found. Best Buy should contact the manufacturer and tell them the device is not supported, and to contract with someone to write a driver for it.

Lacks drivers for Win7

I had to go to a driver archive website to make it work. And since it's using such an old bluetooth protocol it is terrible for streaming audio. May get the job done if you need bluetooth for a printer connection, but most modern printers work over the network. Save your time and pass on this product. Best buy should pull it from the shelves due to insignia no longer supporting it.

Insignia directs you to Broadcom for a driver, but Broadcom says they no longer have the required driver. I had to return this product and purchase a competitor which still supported their USB Bluetooth adaptor with a driver. Product labeling needs to be changed as it is not fully compatible with windows 7.
