Windows 10 couldn't load drivers for it. There are no drivers available out on the Web either. Mine was an open box item, so it may have just been a bad BlueTooth adapter that someone returned, but there is enough articles out on the web talking about the driver issue that I would avoid this one.

Don't work, only lasted for a year

FYI- I have a Windows 10 64-bit laptop. less than 3 years old.

Despite what it said on the package, the device is not recognized. I dug around online and found the Broadcom drivers that are *supposed* to install automatically but the drivers are too old and no longer supported by Windows 10. Until the drivers are updated, this dongle is useless on Windows 10 devices.
