Windows 10 couldn't load drivers for it. There are no drivers available out on the Web either. Mine was an open box item, so it may have just been a bad BlueTooth adapter that someone returned, but there is enough articles out on the web talking about the driver issue that I would avoid this one.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Normally, when a USB dongle is installed for the first time into a PC, the driver download initiates automatically, but that didn't happen with this dongle, and I spent hours trying to find the driver online somewhere, and making changes to the PC, all to no avail, so I am returning this. FYI- I have a Windows 10 64-bit laptop. less than 3 years old.

Did not work with my laptop

Despite what it said on the package, the device is not recognized. I dug around online and found the Broadcom drivers that are *supposed* to install automatically but the drivers are too old and no longer supported by Windows 10. Until the drivers are updated, this dongle is useless on Windows 10 devices.

worthless for audio

Even after spending hours finding and installing the appropriate drivers for this thing, it still has no capability when it comes to streaming audio to bluetooth headphones. It might work OK for bluetooth file transfer but for audio it is worthless.
