After buying this, it would not work, so i called INSIGNIA to trouble shoot. It was then that i discovered BEST BUY was supposed to have taken this item off the shelves, because insignia is behind on their drivers for this product. The literally told me to take it back because it wasnt supposed to be sold. Thanks insignia, for being lazy....and thanks best buy, for being even lazier.

Driver is not available from the company. Since the driver is supposed to load authomatically (and it doesn't) and neither the manufacturer nor Best Buy could fix this problem this was a wasted purchase. I suspect that the problem comes from the AMD processor in my computer.

Adapter that Works!

A helpful salesperson showed me the adapter I needed and gave me clear instructions on how to get the Bluetooth "connected" and operational. Great purchase and great assistance from Best Buy sales associate.

Horrible experience

I was promised next day delivery. I still haven't received the item. I was able to get it quickly from another company but there is no way to cancel this order and no indication of when it will actually be delivered. I want to cancel this order and get my money back.

Terrible product for the price.

Disconnects, computer doesn't recognize it, etc. Even uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling doesn't fix it. The instructions don't really help either as the problem I've had with mine isn't even covered by it's troubleshooting section.
