I didn't see Windows show it's downloading the driver. Just in case I restarted the PC but that didn't help. My IT dept. suggested Plugable. Found a posting on MS that says nothing the user tried works.

Wouldn't pair

Did everything I knew of as far as making it "recognizable," light blinked while trying to pair, but continually got an error message. Even deleted it and reloaded the software...same thing. Tried to find support online, but nothing in English! And email support was a fail, as well.

We don’t go out much due to COVID and when I tried to return them I had to take a store credit. From now on I will order from Amazon.
