The package says it works with win10. When I plugged it in, the computer tried to install the software but failed. I downloaded one from the web. Installed it, and surprise! A message says it is not compatible with windows. It went back to BB.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As and IT girl this should have been piece of cake, to be honest had a hard time with this Bluetooth, originally I bought it to use it with my Bluetooth headset and my laptop, I did use it like 2 weeks and got frustrated that keep continuously disconnected. I had even update drivers, etc. and nothing. Finally stopped using it.

It can see the device, just not connect to it. With that said, I was able to connect my blue tooth keyboard and mouse (Apple keyboard and mouse) to my Windows laptop. I tried it on a Windows 7 and 10 laptop. Same result with audio devices.

It works great. No lag on movies or tv shows and connects automatically. Just wish these devices had longer connection distance. About 20 to 25 feet.

It only took a few minutes to get it working with my bluetooth headset and microphone and was useful for Skype, AllStarLink, and other online communications and listening to music.

Windows tossed its cookies all over the floor trying to find the proper drivers for it. Ultimately doesn't work. Going back first thing tomorrow morning!

Plugged it into my front USB port and made a first project. Came in the next day to work on a project and it didn't work. I had to turn off the machine because the front had fallen off and the body was still inside my USB port. Piece of trash.

No resolution timetable available. No working Broadcom driver available (Win 7). Also, Broadcom service failed to respond. However, as a third party component supplier, (Best Buy - Insignia - Broadcom) that is not a surprise.

It's May 15, 2020, and it wouldn't turn on, so I took it out of the USB connection and it just fell apart!!! COMPLETE CRAP!!! Will NEVER purchase this piece of crap again.
