I have to be desperate to have some equipment in a hurry to even think of going. If there is no improvement I predict Best Buy will go the way of Radio Shack, Kmart, and Sears.

Does not work with PS5

It's not, so I had no way to pair to my PS5 as that was what I needed.

Plugged into Windows 10 pc and installs drivers. Should work but there apparently is an issue with windows 10 64bit drivers. Won’t install and can’t get it to work. No updated driver on Insignias website or Broadcoms.

It sees it, installs it, my phone will connect to it - for about 2 seconds. Something Im doing wrong? Definitely a possibility. But if you Google it, seems like ALOT of people are having the same issues.
