    Barely worked i had to download third party software just to get it to work and even then what i need it for didn't work... I went to the companies website and found that the product had been discontinued. DO NOT BUY THIS!

    I tend to avoid Best Buy just because the service is routinely lacking. I have to be desperate to have some equipment in a hurry to even think of going. If there is no improvement I predict Best Buy will go the way of Radio Shack, Kmart, and Sears.

    This will not work with Windows 10 no matter how much you try. I found no drivers on the official Insignia website listed. Best Buy needs to have this removed from the store so that others do not buy this and waste their time.

    I bought this so I could pair my Bluetooth headset with my PS5 because I was told that was a pairing button by a store employee. It's not, so I had no way to pair to my PS5 as that was what I needed.

    I was assured that the product would work with Bluetooth headphones for a computer. I downloaded the driver but the product never would pick up the device although it showed the product. I searched online everywhere for support without luck. I won't be returning to the store anytime soon.

    Did not detect my Cricut Joy, I ended up going with a Asus that worked just fine. Maybe this device will work for other applications just not the one that I needed.

    Simply doesn't function. Searched everywhere and can't find any drivers that work. Forums and support ran me in circles for an hour. Not worth the effort of returning.

    Neither of my Bluetooth headphones can maintain a clear connection to my computer using this adapter. Sound keeps cutting out every few seconds and what I can hear is very staticy.

    It should work...

    Supposed to be plug n play. Plugged into Windows 10 pc and installs drivers. Should work but there apparently is an issue with windows 10 64bit drivers. Won’t install and can’t get it to work. No updated driver on Insignias website or Broadcoms.

    It's not plug-and-play, and even when I tracked down the work-around - which took absolutely forever - the work-around stopped working within a day or two. Absolute garbage product.

    Didn't work for me on my PC running Win Pro 10. It sees it, installs it, my phone will connect to it - for about 2 seconds. Something Im doing wrong? Definitely a possibility. But if you Google it, seems like ALOT of people are having the same issues.
