I have to be desperate to have some equipment in a hurry to even think of going. If there is no improvement I predict Best Buy will go the way of Radio Shack, Kmart, and Sears.

I downloaded the driver but the product never would pick up the device although it showed the product. I searched online everywhere for support without luck.
