Doesn't even work. Even downloaded the drivers directly from insignia's website. Will never buy another insignia product again.

It wasn't able to connect to the keyboard that I wanted it to, so I'm not sure if it actually works. Computer definitely recognized it though.

Always a delay with the keystrokes or repeats characters like mad. Try to tune it by turning off the sleep mode. Still no go. Removed it from the computer and now it is sitting in the desk drawer. Should just return it.

After I installed this on my PC, it crashed about a week later and had a mess of a time to fix my PC. After I got it fixed I removed this and have not had problems 2 months later.

I decided to go back to Windows 7 and that's when this product took a dive. Doesn't work. I don't recommend with Windows 7.

I was forewarned by the Best Buy salesperson that it was a hit or miss for working, so I wasn't too upset that I had to return it.
