I sit a few feet away from monitor and the bluetooth will just drop out for a couple seconds and then start working again. Really frustrating for trying to play games.

I was forewarned by the Best Buy salesperson that it was a hit or miss for working, so I wasn't too upset that I had to return it.

The tech support person could not even get the Insignia bluetooth USB adapter to work. He told me the they had a lot of defective adapter shipped to stores. He recommend that I get a refund.
