Great Bluetooth little transmitter

I sit a few feet away from monitor and the bluetooth will just drop out for a couple seconds and then start working again. Really frustrating for trying to play games.

Not plug and play with Windows7

I can see it is on the computer, but my devices don't recognize it....frustrating. I will have to have a geek look at it.

The tech support person could not even get the Insignia bluetooth USB adapter to work. He told me the they had a lot of defective adapter shipped to stores. He recommend that I get a refund.

Claimed to be able to update drivers and when you went to web connection no drivers there. Said no need with win 10 but purchased for 7 which it was advertised for. Not durable for all Bluetooth devices at all.
