    Do not buy this. The manufacturer does not supply the driver software for this thing to work.

    Plugged this unit in and followed all directions. But it never fired up. So never worked for me.

    My laptop TouchPad is not very good so I wanted to use a wireless mouse. This device has done the job with minimal cost and is adequate for the task.

    I bought this to use my PS4 controller to play a flight simulator and it constantly loses connection and the game is utterly unplayable with this adapter.

    Won't work with Win10

    Spent a day trying to find a driver to make this work. Window says I have the most current driver but the receiver won't recognize my Bluetooth devices. I've been Unsuccessful getting it to work

    Box says compatible with Windows 10. But when I installed it wouldn't connect. I called Insignia and they confirmed that it was not compatible.

    I had a very hard time finding a driver that worked with this with windows 7. Found one and it worked for a little while. Then started having what sounded like static in earphones. Quit using it

    This product is a great concept but the software that comes with it is trash. Be prepared to have major compatability issues with it.

    The Bluetooth has a small range and has glitches sometimes. I'm not sure if it's the product or if it's because of the interference of nearby appliances

    The cashier added this item, that I don't use. You have to be careful at Best Buy, they will have you purchase items you don't need, want or care to have.

    Where two other Bluetooth adapters have failed, this adapter connects reliably to my Amazon Echo allowing me to use the Echo as my pc speaker.

    I asked for a dongle for my Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. I was told that this would work but it does not. I had to purchase another one that would from someone else.

    I had it sitting in a drawer for a couple months but it's not working any more, no matter what drivers I install or how many times I reboot Windows 10.

    Does not work with Windows 10 Pro OS Build 21301.1010. Is not recognized at all. Tried every USB port on computer no luck. Buyer beware.

    This Bluetooth receiver was a good price but after installation, it wouldn't work with my headphones. Tried many ways to do it, but unable to connect. Forced to use something else that works.

    A pain to setup since Windows 10 doesn't correctly identify it, poor performance once it is setup. Pretty close to useless

    Device failed after 1 week of use. I used it, then I went away for a week. I came home, and the device was broken. You can buy similar devices for less elsewhere.
