    The Bluetooth has a small range and has glitches sometimes. I'm not sure if it's the product or if it's because of the interference of nearby appliances

    Device failed after 1 week of use. I used it, then I went away for a week. I came home, and the device was broken. You can buy similar devices for less elsewhere.

    Only buy this if you are desperate for a bluetooth dongle. Otherwise it is susceptible to interference, has poor range, and causes input lag.

    Plugged in nothing happens - there is no Windows 10 driver available for this. How are you selling something with no supported driver?

    Where two other Bluetooth adapters have failed, this adapter connects reliably to my Amazon Echo allowing me to use the Echo as my pc speaker.

    This Bluetooth receiver was a good price but after installation, it wouldn't work with my headphones. Tried many ways to do it, but unable to connect. Forced to use something else that works.

    This has failed, it is no longer recognized by any system. I tried about ten different USB ports and it failed in all of them.

    Tried this product on multiple windows 10 machines. Even though it was detected by Windows 10, it could not be seen nor would it detect any Bluetooth devices.

    Spent the better part of an hour trying to get it to work. It wont work. I wont work with my xbox wireless controller (bluetooth capable) or my phone.
