    Works great... when it works... consistently drops connection to my headphones and mouse have to unplug to reboot wouldn’t recommend

    Don't waste your money is not easy to connect it stop working after some time and could not connect again

    Doesn't work with Office 7.0

    Great in concept, but if you have Office 7.0, don't plan on using this Bluetooth adapter. They currently don't have a driver that works with 7.0 Sadly I had to return it.

    Unit only works with Windows 10. Package doesn’t state state this fact at all on the package. Huge waist of time.

    Couldn't find Drivers to make this thing work. Even a year later, there is no way that is user friendly to make this thing work short of downloading sketchy software.

    It's tiny hence hand works with every computer and so easy to set up and get started. It works really well and I'm impressed.

    Do not buy this if you are going to use it to connect a bluetooth mouse. It constantly cuts out when you move the mouse. Works fine for bluetooth to transfer things.

    If I could give this a zero rating I would. I haven't had this a month yet at it doesn't even work. What a bunch crap!

    Couldn't find right driver to use device never figured it out ended up just putting in a bt hardware from other laptop

    windows detects it, but doesn't let me connect anything. I tried installing drivers manually. but it just doesn't work.

    Horrible product. Resulted in constant disconnects. Issues happen no matter what system I tried it on. Stay away from it.

    The dongle seems cheaply made. The connection with headphones was spotty. Also it only works for headphones not with headset.

    The Bluetooth didn’t do what I needed it to do at all. There were additional programs that needed to be downloaded for compatibility and it still didn’t work.
