Hooked right up to my laptop , awesome now I can use Bluetooth without spending a fortune

I purchased this to allow me to use my blue tooth speaker and it seemed to work ... for a while ... Then it stopped working and I returned it and got another one ... No problem ... Well that's where it got involved ... I found out that I already had blue tooth on my computer, but I had to reload the drivers for it ... Finally, I have working blue tooth and it isn't with this dongle ... That said I think that it works, I just didn't need it ... !~

Performs exactly as anticipated. Windows 7 requires a patch/ download from Microsoft but it's only a small bump. Paired my head set first try.

Works as it should, I used for my headphones. My computer had no issues using this adapter.

Setup was easy to do and product works very, very well.

This little Insignia™ - Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter - Black is very easy to install and set up. It has a very good bluetooth range. It worked right away after the install and setup, no problems, found all my equipment that I needed it to find.

This dongle did exactly what I needed it to do. Make my office computer blue tooth capable so I could connect my hearing aids to the computer.

I needed Bluetooth on an older PC compatible computer which is running Win 10, Ubuntu, and Kali Linux. It was found by Windows 10 as soon as it was plugged in and connected the Bluetooth device immediately. I was also able to get Ubuntu and Kali Linux to see the adapter using Hyper V running either of them in a virtual machine. Good product

This Insignia bluetooth addaptor is perfect for older PC's, easy to install and works very well. You don't have to be tech savy to use it.

The adapter is a simple way to add Bluetooth connectivity to a laptop or computer that does not currently have bluetooth built-in. With a Windows 10 computer, you just plug the device into a free USB 2.0 or higher port and you are all set. Windows has tools built in to manage bluetooth devices and connections.

The Insignia Bluetooth adapter does a wonderful job. It works very well and is reasonably priced.

Windows 10. I had to Google the driver which was a little annoying. Works great though!

I purchased this adapter as it is bluetooth 4.0 and my new Jaybird Vista earbuds require at least version 2.1 to work with any computer. Drivers will not automatically install like any plug and play device. Drivers for this device are not available through windows, windows update, insignia or even broadcam's websites. How anyone is supposed to get this working is beyond me and I've worked in I.T. and Professional Audio for many years. I do not recommend this device or any other bluetooth connection device sold by best buy, unless they can start offering 5.0 and 5.1 updated versions. Don't waste time with this item. It will not work. It is not supported. The drivers apparently do not exist and no one seems to know why. Wait for a better, more updated product.

I used this adapter on my asus desktop PC that was purchased in 2009 -long before bluetooth was standard on all PC's, and it works great in my USB 2.0. I use it to send sound to headphones when im extreme gaming and wanna blast the effects but not disturb neighbors. I also use it to send audio to my blue tooth sound bar and works great there too

Bought this to bring bluetooth capacity to my PC. My Windows 10 PC immediately recognized it and did not need to manually download drivers. Thanks to this little USB adapter I can send and receive files and connect my pc wirelessly to my home theater. Excellent audio quality and good transfer rate. No issues up to this point.

Easy to use. Great price. Helps with all my gadgets
