It works, but it was not plug and play with my computer. I had to find a way to install drivers for another device that happened to work with this adapter. Insignia doesn't have drivers available on their site for this and they did not install when I plugged it in. Price was decent though.

Soooooo easy to use. Setup was super simple. Quick connect.

I had a hard time downloading the driver and according to posts on the internet many people have. After driver. Installed it worked great.

Despite the manual claiming that this is a plug and play device, I found that to be false on Windows 11. The required drivers did not automatically install and were not available through Windows Update. To my surprise there are no drivers available on Insignia's website to download either. I had to search on Github to find the required driver, and then it was finally recognized by my computer. It works, but the installation was frustrating for me. Someone who doesn't know much about computers may never have been able to get this working on their computer. I would recommend an adapter from another brand, and I may end up returning this just for the fact that installation was a pain.

Good product for the price. Was using this to connect my PS4 controller, and has probably an eight foot range before starts to get weird.

I was re-purposing an older pc that still has decent performance, but it had been built without a bluetooth radio. This little gem needed only to be plugged into a USB port, and .... done! When called upon, it easily paired up with my bluetooth headphones, and a wireless keyboard!

Bluetooth is where you need to be when you are wanting to keep up with the Jones. This will add a new Dimension to your Computer. I just have not explored all the capabilities, but it will not take long to get up to speed. The online User's Manual is a Must Use. You will learn a lot.

Overall pretty easy to set up and use. It took a few minutes to get the adapter to work properly but after initial setup it works great.

Plug and Play, works with Win 10 Pro. Had some problems syncing it to older BT adapters. No big thing. Works well.

Worth it if you want to connect an xbox controller to your pc via plug and play.

This is just good and expensive. It's just add Bluetooth option to your laptop. you can pair up any Bluetooth device with this.

I purchased this so that I could use a wireless keyboard and it worked perfectly! Very happy with this product.

Works fine tried to use it for a ps4 but it isnt compatible. Thus does work with using a pc and blue tooth headphones.
