It worked right out of the blister pack. She's happy with the way it performs.

this USB Bluetooth Adapter ACTUALLY WORKS!

I've read countless reviews on other Bluetooth adapters for Windows 10, and bought two others with no luck (Sabrent & Iomega). This one (Insignia) is documented as suitable for Win 8.1, but it DOES work with my Windows 10.

I would prefer they say in the instructions that you have to do an optional update on windows because it took a while to figure out that it was required.

So far it is good.

Sometimes I loose Bluetooth connection from my headphones but not very often. Other than that it works great. I can connect multiple devices at the same time without any issues. I usually have my keyboard, mouse, and earphones connected at the same time.

Works Fine, do not use the suggested software

Unfortunatley the software that insignia wants you to use to install the driver is predatory and disrespectful to those that are not technologically savvy.

Great Product!

Easy to use. Does not come with a CD. Windows will automatically find the drivers once you plug it in. It was like plug and play. Very easy.

Once I found it on some blog it worked fine, but man if I wasn't ticked off that the website on the instructions just tried to get you to download something you have to pay for...
