Driver does not automatically load for Windows 10.

Had to troubleshoot on the internet. Driver does not automatically load for Windows 10. Luckily had a friend who was technical enough to get it sorted out. Would not recommend purchase for average individual.

Nice product but unable to use it with Windows 7

Since Windows 7 is not supported, the adapter was unable to find even a generic usb driver. Also, I wanted to connect it with a wireless keyboard and mouse that a friend gave me. Logitech brand. Unfortunately, Logitech requires a unified USB receiver if original is misplaced. Had to return this USB device but there was no issue doing that.

I bought it so my daughter could use her new wireless headphones with her computer. It was simply plug and play and she was able to connect to her PC (windows 10) immediately.

I would prefer they say in the instructions that you have to do an optional update on windows because it took a while to figure out that it was required.
