Worked perfectly and was cheaper than the first party adapter for the controller. Plug it in, let windows install it, forget it. Can't ask for more.

Apparently this is a common problem. That said, there is a fix that involves manually installing ASUS drivers. After that, the device has worked fine.

Bluetooth connectivity on a Windows 10 Desktop

Pretty good dongle

The sound quality is good from my iPhone using Bluetooth so it must be either the dongle or something else in the pc. But other than that I’m very pleased with my purchase.
