Comes with everything you need to turn your PC/laptop into a connected bluetooth participant. Older PCs, and some newer ones don't have bluetooth. Well, this takes care of that problem!

I am using on Windows 10 laptop with 3 items, keyboard and mouse and speakers. Works perfectly, easy setup, no problems whatsoever. All items are within range of 6 feet, so ymmv.

Easy to use and works great, I would buy it again.

Simple and easy, You just have to plug this into a usb port and then you are able to use bluetooth. I have an adapter for head phones and with this my headphones are now wireless with great sound.

I bought a laptop that didn't have Bluetooth and went back to the store to take the laptop back. I didn't want it if it doesn't have Bluetooth and they told me about this usb to make it Bluetooth. Love it.

I needed this to sync up my pc with my phone. It seems to be doing the job. I have windows 10, so I'm not sure why I needed it. In any case, I am happy with it.

So I bought this for zwifting for my smart trainer for the fact that the laptop did not have a Bluetooth set up, and this little gadget worked perfectly for it.

This adapter was used in a computer without bluetooth access. It allowed me to use other accessories easily. Since most new devices have bluetooth capability it has limited use. But it worked well for me.

Didn't have to do anything. I went and looked so I could see it in windows, but I didn't need to. Just plugged it in, and it worked. How often does THAT happen?

Great way to add Bluetooth to any desktop or laptop that does not have Bluetooth. Setup is seamless with Windows OS . I have tested on WIN 7 and Win 10.

Great little device that enables Bluetooth on my specialized graphics PC. Now I can review the sound content and quality of my videos wirelessly.

Couldn't think of a more straight-forward way to add bluetooth functionality to a new desktop using Windows 10. Just pick a USB port and plug it in, it's that easy.

Unit is working quite well in terms of transmitting clean audio to my Bluetooth Speakers, but I had just a little trouble linking to my devices. There is also a small amount of delay in the audio where it sometimes doesn't sync with videos, but it is not objectionable.
