I have a wireless mouse for my laptop. I broke the adapter carrying it around. I was so happy to find out this adapter would replace mine without have to buy an new mouse.

Works fine with Windows 10. Windows 10 had to download drivers for it to work for me, so it didn't work instantly but did after a few minutes and a restart.

This device simply plugs into any available USB port and within seconds it is up and running. I have both a mouse and keyboard connected to it and it was nothing to configure.

Do not buy this. You will regret not just simply spending $5 more for an official Microsoft licensed product. Why is that? Well for starters, it HAS NO DRIVERS. Best Buy never bothered to put the drivers online, so in order to use this product you will need to track them down yourself. Windows is supposed to find them on it's own, but it won't. So you'll be pulling your hair out trying to find the drivers on the Insignia website. There are none. Your best bet is to use drivers from another device that uses the same Broadcomm BCM20702a0 drivers but you will have to download them off a sketchy site. Oh, and once you finally get the drivers from another 3rd party website, be prepared for this thing to intermittently fail every 20-30 seconds and cycle bluetooth on and off. Shame on you BestBuy for selling this product.

So glad that I found this. I thought when I bought my laptop it had Bluetooth because it had Bluetooth under the settings. I later found out when trying to connect Bluetooth headphones to the computer. I found out that I could just plug one of these adapters into the computer and be able to have Bluetooth. It is a great product I am so happy I found out about it. It was a lot more convenient than having to use a pair of wired headphones or going and buying a new laptop with Bluetooth capability. I would definitely recommend.

Works perfectly! Use it with my PlayStation controller on my computer :)

It appears the internal Bluetooth chip in my laptop was giving up the ghost. This Bluetooth adapter had me back in business in a matter of minutes.

I am glad i bought this for my computer, the blue tooth feature is a lot better and easier to use then wireless.

It basically does what’s supposed to do. I bought it to connect my Cricut to my computer, at first I had a hard time connecting both but I think it was my not so technical abilities.

Awesome! I needed to make my daughters laptop able to connect to her AirPods. This did just the trick! So easy! It’s working like a charm!

This was easy to use but unfortunately did not work on my PC. Even though it was supposed to work with my system, my PC is getting a bit old and finicky.

Had no issues with this little device. It's especially nice that it is so small so I don't have to dis-mount it from the laptop's USB port when I put it in the briefcase.

Works as intended. Used it for my workstation that came no inbuilt Bluetooth functionality.

Plugged in, went to website & installed drivers. Windows 10 didn't see it. Had windows search for updates,and it found a good driver. Took a while to get headphones to pair, but now works great.
