Good adapter that's easy to use no problems at all

It basically does what’s supposed to do. I bought it to connect my Cricut to my computer, at first I had a hard time connecting both but I think it was my not so technical abilities.

Plugged in, went to website & installed drivers. Windows 10 didn't see it. Had windows search for updates,and it found a good driver. Took a while to get headphones to pair, but now works great.

It appears the internal Bluetooth chip in my laptop was giving up the ghost. This Bluetooth adapter had me back in business in a matter of minutes.

This adapter works for computer audio. Doesn't have much range past the desktop. I had purchased this to use in a home entertainment center, but the range wasn't good enough. The signal began cutting out when more than 6 ft away from the adapter.

Nothing wrong with the adapter, but it would not work with these headphones. I returned it to Best Buy who refunded my purchase cost. Very happy with Best Buy and no fault of this adapter. Just not the right one for this set of headphones. Only gave 4 stars, as I was not able to justify keeping it.

Had no issues with this little device. It's especially nice that it is so small so I don't have to dis-mount it from the laptop's USB port when I put it in the briefcase.

Do not buy this. You will regret not just simply spending $5 more for an official Microsoft licensed product. Why is that? Well for starters, it HAS NO DRIVERS. Best Buy never bothered to put the drivers online, so in order to use this product you will need to track them down yourself. Windows is supposed to find them on it's own, but it won't. So you'll be pulling your hair out trying to find the drivers on the Insignia website. There are none. Your best bet is to use drivers from another device that uses the same Broadcomm BCM20702a0 drivers but you will have to download them off a sketchy site. Oh, and once you finally get the drivers from another 3rd party website, be prepared for this thing to intermittently fail every 20-30 seconds and cycle bluetooth on and off. Shame on you BestBuy for selling this product.

Received a Fitbit for Christmas, I was excited until I discovered that my computer was Bluetooth illiterate. I hopped in the car, at Best Buy the sales person said "NO PROBLEM". It wasn't, I came home plugged this little thing in the back of the computer. That's all, it worked, my daily stats are now on my desktop.

This device simply plugged into a USB port and started working immediately with all of my Bluetooth devices I wanted to use with my desktop

Hello... For me this Bluetooth adapter worked right away... I am using Windows 10 and the adapter was recognized. I've been used it with my Bluetooth headphones and fully enjoying myself.

Great Dongle for computers without bluetooth. I have used several of these and never had issues.

The bluetooth adapter does what it should do, and makes using my mouse possible with my Chromebook.

I purchased this to use my Xbox One and PS4 controller on an older PC that doesn't have built-in Bluetooth. Works great!

Worked great,. I did have to update additional drivers through the windows update process.

This dongle works perfectly with my Raspberry Pi3 computer. Plugged it into the USB port and my blue tooth controllers were recognized immediately. Haven't lost a connection yet.

Plug it in, download the driver (automatically) and restart. That simple, and I was able to connect what I needed to be able to stream!

Try all you like, you'll have to buy a Microsoft BT transceiver to work with a Microsoft mouse. However, this transceiver works ok with other BT devices such as headphones. It is less expensive than Microsoft however.

This Bluetooth adapter allowed me to use my wireless mouse, wireless keyboard, and other peripherals for my old desktop. Installation was a breeze!
