Nothing wrong with the adapter, but it would not work with these headphones. I returned it to Best Buy who refunded my purchase cost. Very happy with Best Buy and no fault of this adapter. Just not the right one for this set of headphones. Only gave 4 stars, as I was not able to justify keeping it.

Plug it in, download the driver (automatically) and restart. That simple, and I was able to connect what I needed to be able to stream!

This adapter works for computer audio. Doesn't have much range past the desktop. I had purchased this to use in a home entertainment center, but the range wasn't good enough. The signal began cutting out when more than 6 ft away from the adapter.

Great solution for adding this to any PC! Needed for adding to a custom build and needed to keep costs down.

Received a Fitbit for Christmas, I was excited until I discovered that my computer was Bluetooth illiterate. I hopped in the car, at Best Buy the sales person said "NO PROBLEM". It wasn't, I came home plugged this little thing in the back of the computer. That's all, it worked, my daily stats are now on my desktop.

Hello... For me this Bluetooth adapter worked right away... I am using Windows 10 and the adapter was recognized. I've been used it with my Bluetooth headphones and fully enjoying myself.

Try all you like, you'll have to buy a Microsoft BT transceiver to work with a Microsoft mouse. However, this transceiver works ok with other BT devices such as headphones. It is less expensive than Microsoft however.

This Bluetooth adapter allowed me to use my wireless mouse, wireless keyboard, and other peripherals for my old desktop. Installation was a breeze!

This dongle works perfectly with my Raspberry Pi3 computer. Plugged it into the USB port and my blue tooth controllers were recognized immediately. Haven't lost a connection yet.

Works fine but must have at least Windows 8. Works best on Windows 10. Reasonably priced at $15 and picks up numerous Bluetooth items

Easily added Bluetooth to my desktop machine, allowing me to use my bluetooth headphones and other devices. Works well and the price was right too.

I know it says Windows 10 only, but Ubuntu 20.10 recognized it immediately and I had bluetooth right away on my hopme built desktop.

The product seems to work fine. I've had a few connectivity issues while using this adapter. These issues are not too often, and I'm not sure why they randomly occur. However, the issues always resolve themselves very quickly.

I bought this for my home desktop, to hook up my wireless headphones and other bluetooth peripheral. It works very well for me and as always Insignia makes a great product!

I thought it would be a little better than it is. Its only bluetooth 4.0 and its range is very short. It cuts out sometimes when using a BT mouse or speaker but overall it does what its supposed to.

Great adapter for computers that do not have built in Bluetooth. Bought this adapter to connect my AirPods to an old pc and had no issues.

Overall, it works well. I have had some issues with lag and connection drops when using it as part of a home theater PC (about 10-15 feet from computer. At desktop computer range it works great.
