Thus was simple to pair with my mouse. It is like profile and has not over heated or any other issues some are known for despite using it for hours on my work computer.

Definitely helped me in my endeavor to get the most out of my laptop. Without the Bluetooth adapter my laptop would be of no use to me.

the Bluetooth adapter works great. i plugged it into my windows 10 desktop. windows picked up up right away and was very easy to pair. and no signal drop from what ive noticed thus far.

Need to install drivers but afterwards was able to connect to my PC via Bluetooth with ease

I could not use the Bluetooth adapter on my laptop because there is an issue with my laptop. I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and at some point, the Bluetooth system "disappeared" from my laptop. I tried to install Bluetooth back onto my system, but all efforts failed. I decided to try an external adapter and purchased the Insignia 4.0 USB Adapter. After installing the adapter and restarting the laptop, it showed installed and working correctly. However, I could not connect to any Bluetooth device. I tried several more times with no luck. I purchased two other external devices and had the same results. I cannot give a positive or negative review of the product as I could not use it successfully. The fault appears to be in my laptop and not with the adapter. I will try again after I fix the problem.

I did have an issue getting it to connect the first time, but after it did connect, it was good to go, thereafter. Hopefully it will stay that way.

This is a very simple device. Needed it to hook up a Bluetooth speaker to a low end laptop without Bluetooth. Windows found it, configured it, and found my speaker.

Worked as it should. Has been working with daily use for 4 weeks with no issues. Would buy again. Windows 10 (21H1)
