This adapter just works like a dream, no software installation necessary especially if your using Windows 10. Highly Recommend!!!!

Bought this for my wireless head phones, installation was easy, just plug it in and the drivers downloaded automatically and my head phones found it with no problems.

It does the job. I paired it with my DS4 controller for games and I have not had a problem. Worth the purchase. Wish it was cheaper.

I purchased this Bluetooth for the purpose of testing some Bluetooth Low Energy devices. This model does not support the LE version devices. But other than LE connectivity to other Bluetooth device is good.

I have it attached to my wife's EVGA P67 FTW on Windows 10 and it works great, the operating system automatically downloaded the driver as expected. Distance is about 20ft as the specs say. I've walked to about 25ft away but the signal degradation gets really bad, but the connection didn't drop at least for the 2 minutes I was standing at that distance. If for what ever reason you have a need to walk father than 20ft look for something else, otherwise I would recommend.

This little device is a life saver when your PC lacks Bluetooth. You should be able to get firmwear from IOgear.com if it doesn't automatically download.

I love this Adapter. I had to purchase this because my son broke the male part of the headphones in the plug and wasn't able to use the speakers. I was introduced to this and its made me mobile! Especially now since I've been telecommuting I connect my Bluetooth to and it has given me the ability to move around. I can use it to any electronic that allows a Bluetooth connection...the best part! Did I mention...I could connect more than one Bluetooth, like a mouse? Its wonderful and great to have around.

works well with windows 10 on my older laptops. previous usb adapter would not automatcally reconnect to bluetooth hearing aids having walked away from system and returned.

Works as intended! You may need to install some windows drivers as its not plug and play.
