This item does exactly what it is intended to do without all the constant disconnects. Works right out the box with no issues.

The compact size makes it a perfect addition to my laptop. The additional storage comes in handy and I'm able to keep it connected even when it's in a laptop bag.

Tried to update the Bluetooth system on my laptop, updater says I have already, yeah, right!!! bought this, now I have Bluetooth, works great.

Phone is very expensive. I am on the plan to get a new phone each year but there is always an upgrade charge or you lose some of the memory that you had on your current phone. I'm not sure if I will continue to keep changing phones or just stick with the x for a few years.

Bought this for my husband's laptop that did not have bluetooth. He wanted to use wireless headphones so we bought this. It works great for him & he's very pleased!

I bought this after the free upgrade to Windows 10 knocked out my ability to use my Dell bluetooth suite on my desktop pc at work, which I had been using for years on Windows 7. And although it is very frustrating to have the hardware built into my pc and not be able to use because Dell, or the hardware manufacturer, chose to not support it with Windows 10 driver updates, at least I had this option to use as an alternative. The bluetooth dongle definitely was not plug and play (see other reviews) but after downloading and trying different driver suites from other manufacturers, I finally got this to work. So you may or may not have a bit of work to do to get this to work, depending on your particular system setup. In my case, none of the Dell driver packages would work.

Works as should. Have to do a little to get it to work correctly at first but very easy. Would buy again

My laptop didn't have bluetooth, but I was able to add it with this inexpensive device. Everything was easy and it works great!

This Bluetooth device is so cool, we can use our old stereo and hook Bluetooth to phone and listen to music from ply list

Really loved this and was great for giving me bluetooth on a PC I built that did not have Bluetooth built on the board.

This convenient to use adapter is useful for devices not having bluetooth capability. Easy to use and carry.

Worked for my PC that lacks Bluetooth natively. Was able to connect wireless headphones and a Dualshock 4 controller.

Works great and cost is right. If you have trouble getting it to work, you may have to uninstall old bluetooth drivers.

Works great. I use it for my PC to cut down on cables, no problems with win7 or win8.1. Keep in mind to stay closer to the source, its range isn't the largest. Does what I need.

Works great connecting my Windows 10 Lenovo laptop to my stereo (which is the main reason I bought it), but couldn't get it to work on my HP touch screen running Windows 8. Could be operator error- but like I said, it works great for exactly what I bought it for.

Friend setting it up a couple times and failed. Went to website for better instructions and that's all it took, works fantastic.

My laptop didn't have Bluetooth capabilities until this I hooked up this little dude. I've had it for a little while now, and it works exactly how it's supposed to.

Works as intended! You may need to install some windows drivers as its not plug and play.

So far so good, no complaints; it does what's supposed to. I have not experienced hiccups of any sort, yet.
