This worked for me, with caveats
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this after the free upgrade to Windows 10 knocked out my ability to use my Dell bluetooth suite on my desktop pc at work, which I had been using for years on Windows 7. And although it is very frustrating to have the hardware built into my pc and not be able to use because Dell, or the hardware manufacturer, chose to not support it with Windows 10 driver updates, at least I had this option to use as an alternative. The bluetooth dongle definitely was not plug and play (see other reviews) but after downloading and trying different driver suites from other manufacturers, I finally got this to work. So you may or may not have a bit of work to do to get this to work, depending on your particular system setup. In my case, none of the Dell driver packages would work.

I ended up switching USB slots a few times before it became operational. Once it was, it worked like a charm.

Works great for my laptop

Could be operator error- but like I said, it works great for exactly what I bought it for.

Good Bluetooth adapter

Windows 7 is difficult but it works
