This Bluetooth adaptor works great and was easy to set up. I synced with my headphones with little effort.

Dont let the brand or price throw you off this dongle is AWESOME!!! I used it to connect my ps4 controller to pc and it works great, I haven't had a problem to this day. Been using it for about half a year and still running strong WORKS LIKE IT SHOULD

My older Toshiba laptop didn't come with internal Bluetooth so I bought this adapter as an add-on. Windows 10 recognized it immediately and setup the drivers. It works perfectly and now I can stream to all my Bluetooth devices from my laptop.

Was easy set up for Windows 10. Wish range was a little further.

I could’ve swore HP laptop that I purchased two years ago from Best Buy had Bluetooth ? but as I try to connect my beats headphones to watch some Netflix I found out that it does Not ! so I already have purchased the headphones so I had to find a way to upgrade my laptop with Bluetooth softener watched a movie in peace Dennis I don’t work just like it said it was great !!!

This adaptor worked from the minute I put it into my computer. It was definitely a plug and play item. I now can operate my computer, fitbit watch, and my phone easily. Thanks for this product being exactly as described.

Very simple plug and play device. Love having bluetooth on my old laptop that didn't come with it installed already. Use it for my printer, TV, camera, and headphones. Not alot of money for a big returning product!

It says it only works with Windows vista and higher, but I can confirm it also works with Linux as well. Will work out of the box with Windows; however it needs an additional driver from Windows update for low power devices to work.

I intended to by the ASUS dongle but couldn't find it in the store so I just grabbed this one. What the heck it is $5 cheaper and it will work, right!? Big mistake. This is supposed to be plug and play. I plugged it in and spent the next two hours playing with it trying to get it to work. It does not come with a driver. Windows 10 does not have a driver for it. The Insignia website does not have a driver for it. Googling the issue, I found lots of complaints and a number of solutions, most of which didn't work for me. I finally found one that helped me out. Unfortunately, after installing the correct solution my computer rebooted so I lost the solution (web page) that worked. In the end, I did get it to work, but I would suggest trying a different brand that really is plug and play.

Yes it works, but it is a hassle installing the driver. Insignia does not put the driver in the adapter nor is it on their website. It took me about 45 minutes of web surfing to find a workaround that worked. It involved using an Asus Bluetooth Adapter driver. Don't remember now where I found it. I would not recommend this adapter for the average user that is looking for something working right out of the box, but if you have some computer technical background then you should be able to get it to work. Hence the ease of use rating of 1 star and not recommended for others. I have purchased other Insignia products and have been well pleased but this adapter missed the mark.

It is a small sizie adapter. Good game performance all BT feature for my old desktop

Got this to see if it works on my PlayStation Gold headphones because I lost the original dongle for it. Unfortunately, it doesn't work on those. But it did work on other ones I had. Easy set up and use.

100%! Recommended! The installation for Win 11 it’s a little tricky but you can search a Video on YouTube. Works perfect!

Deployed to use Xbox One Controller wirelessly on PC. Had to update controller firmware but works great! Only issue I've had is some interference or input lag on the controller when I had the this plugged in to the back of my computer where two other CORSAIR wireless transmitters are. Works fine on the front USB header on my PC.

My work PC doesn't have Bluetooth hardware built in and I wanted to use some BT headphones. I wasn't sure about this product because of other reviews I read. I finally caught it at $10 a couple weeks ago and was willing to lose $10 from trying it. This product worked well for what I was looking for.

This is what it claims to be a good basic blue tooth to usb adapter. I was able to get it to talk to all my devices including: Bose QC 35 headset, playstation dual shock 4 game pad, logitech K780 wireless keyboard, Kensington Expert wireless tackball and I Phone 7 Plus. It has some intermittent connection issues with my headset but I am not sure if that is due to overloading of the device or the laptop it is on.

I have used this adapter for about two months. It is easy to install and connect to my earbuds. However, it can't be working for a long time with great performance. Sometimes, it was interrupted for one or two seconds when I was listening music. It is not a big problem. But, for sure, it is disturbing you while you are enjoying your music.

Cheap and easy explains this. Plug and play and no issues as of yet. I use it with my mouse and keyboard and sometimes my headphones. Great price and very useful.
