Dont Buy this

I tried to install this by simply plugging it into my brand new Alienware A11 PC. Does not recognize it, tried sketchy drivers, nothing works. Listed as Other Devices in Windows, BCM20702A0. How do you have a product and do not have drivers for it? I will never buy an insignia product again nor will I recommend this to anyone. Taking this back to Best Buy.

My computer did not have Bluetooth built in and I was needing to connect devices to my computer. I tried this because the price was such that I wasn't out much if it didn't work. Setup was a bit tricky, but once I figured it out, I am very satisfied with the results. I would recommend this product.
