I tried to install this by simply plugging it into my brand new Alienware A11 PC. Does not recognize it, tried sketchy drivers, nothing works. Listed as Other Devices in Windows, BCM20702A0. How do you have a product and do not have drivers for it? I will never buy an insignia product again nor will I recommend this to anyone. Taking this back to Best Buy.
