Doesn't pull my wrist hair like some similar bands have in the past. Only bad thing is that this band is relatively small size, I could not remove any links when I put the band on it is just barely bid enough at the largest size.

Very comfortable band

For bigger people this may not work for all as the largest setting can be a little tight at times but hasn't been a major issue. Well made product that I truly enjoy
