Terrible experience - probably my last in-store pu

Regarding this charging station: The first one I got was defective from the beginning. The right controller always showed as charged, though it wasn’t. There is not much room for error (on my side, I also had a similar model for the Quest 2, and I consider myself a very experienced user), so I returned it and got a new one (an open-box one was on the shelf as well, which should have been a red flag). The second one worked great for about 10 days, and then all of a sudden, the battery pack for the left controller had no charge. It was showing that it was charging, but it was not. I returned it and got my money back. Altogether, I made 5 trips to the Best Buy store, wasted a lot of time, and still don’t have what I want. On top of that - I contacted the Insignia customer service - the lady was very clueless and started reading some lines from the manual. Needless to say, that was a waste of time, too.

Not a good fit.

The charging points on the dock were small, so placing the headpiece had to be exactly right or else it didn't charge. Also, seemed to have an affect on the performance of the headset.
