Causes video on TV to glitch - unusable

The image was never still enough or clear enough to reasonably use the Switch. I returned it and exchanged it for a second dock, which had the same issue, although not quite as bad. Either way, I cannot use either of these products and will be returning the second one for a refund. Too bad. Very frustrating.

Tight Fit

Even if I try using an official Nintendo charger or plug the insignia charger directly into my Switch, it just refuses to charge.

I have no problem docking my switch with Ninentdo's. I purchased this one because I wanted a second dock, but the dock is slightly smaller and therefore I could not dock my switch with this product. I returned it immediately because I am not going to take the case off every time I want to dock. It's a good idea, but execution is lacking.

It doesnt work on many TVs

I've tried multiple TV's, HDMI cords, etc. It is a bad HDMI port on the dock. Best Buy doesn't stand behind their brand and Insignia wants me to travel to a Best Buy that will take appointments to get it repaired. They have no mail in option during a pandemic in which most Best Buys are closed. So now I have a switch charger I guess?

The USB-C charger does not work when plugged into the dock nor does the dock allow the Switch to go into TV mode. I exchanged the dock today, 1/11/2018 and had the exact same issue. No bueno, returned ASAP. Bought official Nintendo docking station and works great!
