We have used 2 other OEM docks and used handheld mode on the Switch I got at launch, they’re fine. This dock does not work well and the Switch feels warm after using it even for a few minutes. Can’t recommend it.

After 2 days it stopped working.

I dock the switch and the green light never comes on. Switch is fine in dock that came with the switch. Going to exchange and may update my review. Tried multiple outlets.

Don't bother with any aftermarket Switch Docks

I honestly wish they would have kept it. I've heard nothing but horror stories about 3rd party docks bricking people's consoles. I haven't had that issue yet but each time I try to dock and play on my television, the image is entirely grey.

The company refused to replace it and could not trouble shoot the problem. I would not buy this again, i would stick with the more expensive brand name Nintendo version.
