Off the start I thought this was a nifty little design. It looked good with my entertainment system and securely held the switch system. Then I started to notice some issues - issues I don't have with the Nintendo branded dock. If I leave the system in this dock for too long eventually it doesn't want to turn on. Even with 100% battery charged. I had to use a direct USB-C to get it to kick on after about 15 minutes of messing with the system. 15 minutes of terror, honestly. Then, I noticed that the system won't always turn on with an active controller like the Nintendo Dock does every time. I've had it for about 30 days and this is what I have noticed and I am concerned about continuing to use it. It had a tendency of locking up the Switch system itself if you try and charge the pro controller with the supplied USB-C from this unit. Or it doesn't charge the controller itself. The worst part is none of this has been consistent - it decides what it wants to do when it wants.

Works just as good as the original base station. Great way to save money and switch from house to house or tv to tv.

This makes it like we have multiple switches in two different rooms. No fighting over who wants to watch TV or play the switch.

the dock works properly with the switch. Tested it with the newest firmware, but stop using until further confirmations state that it will not damage the switch.

Purchased as a secondary dock to be able to play in the living room. Feels sturdier than it actually looks, quite surprised about that. Easy to set up (same connections as the OEM dock from Nintendo) and comes with HDMI and power adapter cable. I also have a screen protector on my Switch and it works fits in just fine. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get a replacement, additional or travel dock. For the price, you can't go wrong.
