This costs half as much as the official Nintendo dock and functions exactly the same way. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t cover the entire screen like the official dock, but this is a small issue. I’m very happy with this dock and my kids love being able to play in multiple rooms on full size televisions.

Good Alternative!

The only downside is that it only has 1 USB port on it, so that kinda sucks if you need to use more than 1 wired controller. otherwise it appears that the picture and sound quality are the exact same as the Nintendo branded one.
