ended up not using it

I will qualify my "not recommend" as I would not recommend for what I was trying to use it for. It may work fine in other applications.

I had downloaded some movies to my IPad and needed a way to share the audio. We plugged in and it works! Not sure what else to say about it except if you use it you both get audio.
