It works, what more do you need to know? Sound to both sets of head phones out of my iPad was perfect. Great for watching a movie with someone else on long flights.

Worked just like you think it would. Nothing really extra special and it is the only split jack you can find in store, so I didn't really have any other options.

Loved this adapter for traveling with 2 children. And 1 laptop for dad's on a 5 hour flight no fighting and they both were able to enjoy the movie with sound

Purchased to travel with my husband so we could both watch a movie on my iPad. Works great. Only downside is that you both have to listen at he same volume.

Well, it's just a jack so there's not a lot to say, but it does the job of splitting the audio to two headphones without affecting the sound. What more could you want?

Much to my satisfaction, this splitter works perfectly. I have purchased a Monster Cable splitter in the past for twice the cost and it was junk. Nice work Insignia!

This adapter is excellent, especially on a trip because it allows two people to watch movies on a DVD player together, and/or listen to music together.

Really what I needed and served its purpose on a long plane ride. I would recommend this to anyone that is traveling with someone else or just wants to share music, movies...etc

I am not certain how you could screw it up, but this audio splitter does exactly what it is supposed to without any noticeable loss in audio quality.

This little device enables both my husband and I to plug our headphones into the computer at the same time to work on our language program together.

Had originally bought this for my nephew. He needed a dual female to single male Headphone/Mic cable. This will not work for that. Failed to read that it's a dual headphone splitter cable only.

This worked great so we both could hear our movie at the same time on our tablet. Avoided movie fees on the plane and watched the movie we wanted, not what they had to offer.

These are great for traveling to share a movie or music and make the flight seem to go quicker. Also use them in airports between flights to listen to music.

Pretty simple, this lets you plug two sets of headphones into one audio out socket. Worked great for my GF and I to listen to language lessons together on a flight.

One leg of the split went back after a few weeks without being tugged or abused. Unfortunately not many places you can get this on short notice anymore

I thought this was a pretty straight forward purchase. Maybe it’s because I have to use an adapter on my iPhone, but the sound only really plays out of one side still
