It was very reasonable in cost and has a short cord extension for the actual connectors which gives a little more flexibility than a solid Y shaped splitter. The user isn't using premium headphones and isn't an audiophile, so the functionality was more important than the quality - which, for the money, was generally acceptable.

Went into Best Buy right before we headed to the airport and wasn't able to test the splitters. Once in flight, I plugged it in and started the movie and came to find that it split the audio to both headphones but only to the right ears! I had to spin the plug and tinker to get it to play to both ears. Once it did, I had to hold it in that position or it would revert back to just the one ear. Save yourself time and money and find a better splitter until Bluetooth 5.0 devices are more readily available.
