This charging stand is a huge improvement over using traditional batteries, especially considering its price. I like that we can charge both controllers at once, that they dock without have to remove anything from the controller, and that it's a presentable stand for when you're not using the controllers. The only disappointments are that it can be sometimes difficult to dock the controller, it'll pop out of being connected if you're not determined to get it in there and the rechargeable battery packs included will konk out quick when they're low - it's a short grace period from getting too low to being dead completely. All in all though, happy with the purchase.

I bought this product after buying the Energizer charger. The energizer charger was broken on the bottom rack and best buy wouldn't take it back. The employee told me that it wasn't covered in their contract even though it was defective from the beginning. This one is so much better, comfortable stance and it matches the Xbox. Kind of wished it would slightly lean back and not be so tall, but it hasn't caused any actual problems. Good charger, I reccomend it. Comes with 2 rechargeable battery packs. Oh, and this one is covered under the return policy, or so I was told.

I had been wanting to buy my son battery packs that were rechargeable but couldn't find something affordable until I saw this. The battery life is great and we save so much money from having to buy and dispose batteries for his controllers.

I had been using a charger where you would have to plug the the controller in to a usb all the time which got rather annoying. It's so easy now to just set it down on the charger down when I'm done and know it'll be ready for me when I come back.

Besides always knowing WHERE our controllers are, there is nothing worse than having to track down batteries in the middle of a game. That NEVER happens at our house anymore. Great product, a must have that I didn't hesitate to purchase.

Works great for one person with two controllers to play with one battery and charge the other. Not sure how well it would work if you needed both the controllers at the same time, so don't throw away the original battery pack.

It's a pretty good charger and control storage if you have multiple controls, sometimes you have to re-seat the control because it will look like it's charging till you realize that the charger light isn't turning off causing the battery to get hot and over charge so you have to kinda pay mind to how long it takes to charge I would only recommend this item if you have multiple controls if you just have one control I strongly recommend the charge and play kit also the 2 batteries that come with the stand can't be charged no other way but threw it's stand you cannot charge the battery's with the charge and play kit which I why you need multiple controls the for those intense gaming sessions where your battery is about to die so you can just grab the other fully charged control

I bought this as a replacement for another battery and charger that died. I purchased this product when it was on sale, and could not beat the price! Before I was able to go to the store and pick up my item, it had gone on clearance, and Best Buy refunded the additional amount to me. I am very happy with this charger and the two battery packs that game with it. The lights on the device when the controllers are charging are a little bright for my bedroom at night, but that's the only thing I have negative to say.

This works well and can fit in smaller spaces than it looks. I would have given 5 stars if it had "lithium" batteries instead of "NiMH (nickle metal hydride)"...this means period between charges will get shorter & shorter.

Hello i purchased this for my xbxox one it charges quick and its very convienent only problem its very light ill leave my window open and the air blows it down other than that for only 19.99 you cannot beat that charges 2 controllers

This item is great for the gamer who needs a controller without having to change batteries a lot. It's easy to setup and use and charges fast.

These things work great. I've had them for months and there is no noticeable decline in amount of time for each charge. It also looks nicer setup next to the Xbox than having the charge and play cords all over the place

This product does what it says it will. Includes new battery pack covers, for the batteries included, so that you can recharge them. No frills, cheaper than the others I have seen. Product works, no issues to date.

I went in fully planning to buy a play and charge, but seeing that this came with two batteries and a functional controller charging stand for less money, I figured I'd take a shot with it. So far it has been working well.

Bought this at the same time as we bought the XBox1. So worth it, as long as the kids remember to put them in the charger. It's already paid for itself instead of buying batteries all the time.

This is honestly better than the Microsoft charging dock. It feels like cheap plastic, but the batteries and charger work much better than other alternatives.

This is a great charging station, I would recommend it to anyone. the only thing I find disappointing about it, is when you stand the charging station upright, you have to make sure you seat the controllers in properly or they will not charge. The controllers do not actually lock in place, they just sit on the charging prongs. This is not a big issue since a green light come on once the controller is seated correctly and charging begins. Otherwise, I have no complaints about this charging station.

Got mine the day I bought my console. I had horrible memories of batteries dying mid game on my xbox 360 so I didn't want to let history repeat itself. No problems, fast charging, definitely a great buy.

Never having to find batteries, or having to leave the 360 on to charge the controllers is fantastic, plus a storage stand to boot with charge indicators just makes it all the better. Excellent Product.

Not only does this keep the controllers off the floor and organized, it does exactrly what it is supposed to do. It charges both is what seems a very short amount of time,. Definitely would recommend.
