Good charger/stand.
Posted .I don't have any complaints so far. I don't spend hours playing games. So I'm not sure how long the battery would last. But It usually takes a bout a week or close to week until I charge it again. I have 2 controllers. So I just use the other one while the other one chargers. Good looking stand overall.

Perfect Choice
Posted .Fits perfectly and contacts are spot on unlike the competitors product. This is truly the best choice, with the added bonus of being the best value on top of the best design.

Great Xbox one controller charger
||Posted .This Xbox one controller charger is awesome. has a green light illuminating that the controller is being charge. capable of charging two controllers at the same time. The best part is, the device plugs in the wall. lot better then my last charger for my Xbox one. every time i used the prevues charger (NYKO POWERPAK), that plugs into the Xbox one USB 3.0. the wireless controller white light would blink and could not establish a connection with Xbox one. only way i could get it to work was to completely turn off the Xbox one. and unplug the Xbox one for 30 sec then plug it back in. then turn the Consul back on. ( and don't forget to unplug the nyko beforehand.) Every morning i had to do this. i just had all i could take of that. so i bought something better Insignia - Dual-Controller Charger for Xbox One. never had a problem sense charging my controller. or having to restart my Xbox again. and the battery life is amazing. 6 to 12 hours of use depending what gaming you play or having the vibrations turn off. Great charger for beginners or hardcore gamers alike.

Does what it says, does it well.
||Posted .This dual controller charger works great, the install of the batteries into two of my wireless Xbox One controllers went well with great fitment and the replacement battery tray covers were of equal quality. The charger stand is balanced well and I don't feel ever that the controllers will fall out, that being said I do wish the controllers "snapped" a little more into place but overall it's not a big deal if the charger is on a flat surface. The unit seems to charge two controllers in a reasonable amount of time and fully. I do wish the unit used a slightly larger barrel connector for the chargers wall plug, it's very tiny and I do worry about bending it should I ever have to move it.

Great for the price
||Posted .Picked this over the Energizer brand based on reviews and the cheaper price. So far I've been happy with what I've gotten out of the batteries. I went through a set of AA batteries in a week. The first times I used the rechargeable battery I went around a month before needing a charge. In fact, I can't even remember the last time I charged them. Recharge time is quick, I have an extra controller in the off chance it goes out mid-game. The stand has a nice look and it doesn't look cheesy. However, the cradle that holds isn't entirely firm and sometimes the controllers feel loose. I've accidentally knocked one out while putting in the other. Green LED notifying charging is nice and isn't too bright. Overall, I figured out which order to place them in the charging dock to keep from having a hassle. It's not that big of a deal, I would give it 4.5 stars if Best Buy had half star increments. It's worth the buy if you're going to be playing frequently.

Great charging stand for an amazing price
||Posted .This stand works well with my Xbox One Controllers and matches the PS4 charging stand by Insignia that it sits next too. But there are problems with the newer Xbox One Controllers. These were created for the first generation Xbox One controllers with the 2.5mm jack in them. When I picked up the Elite Controller, the battery cover that allows you to use the recharagable battery pack doesn't fit the Elite Controller. You can break off the plastic inserts for one of the battery packs so it can fit the elite controller (and file it down with the nail file to make it flush) like I did, but then it will no longer fit in standard controllers. If you have first gen controllers and only first gen controllers, this is a great buy. If you have the latest ones, you should look into other ones.

Surprisingly solid piece of equipment
||Posted .I chose going third-party for my controller recharger for several reasons. I've had this product for about 3 months and it is working out great! It fits up to 2 controllers at a time and can recharge a depleted battery pack in about 1-2 hours. The packs last for about 3-4 hours when fully charged and deplete faster if you have your headset plugged in. A green light will be displayed pertaining to the corresponding docking station your controller is in (top or bottom) once the connection is made. I was skeptical at first because the charge station was so light I was concerned about it being knocked over but have no complaints now. Just be aware that it offers no option to charge the controllers while they are in use. So if you want to continue playing when your remote dies make sure you have some AA batteries on hand. Otherwise be prepared to take an hour or so break.

Great charging stand
||Posted .I was looking for some charging stands to charge my PS4 and Xbone controllers, and this fits the bill nicely. It comes with a pair of batteries which is nice as it saves you having to pay for a Play and Charge kit which costs more than this stand alone. I haven't tested to see how long the batteries last, but after about 2 hours of use (not continuous) it still shows 3 bars in the Xbox UI. Only real con of this device, which isn't a con as much as something I'd like to see is the way it is powered. It comes with a wall wart AC adapter. I would rather see it charge off the Xbox's USB port. Between this, and the million things in my home theater I need a dedicated power strip for my charging stands for each of my consoles (wiiu,ps4,ps3,360,xbone). Perhaps I can hack something together to charge this all over USB :)

Q: QuestionCan you use a Microsoft plug and play cable to charge the insignia batteries?I currently have one plug and play battery cable for the XBox One and was wondering if this would also Charge the Insignia Batteries (in case the battery where to die during a long play session) since you are not able to play while it is being charged in the stand.

- A:Answer It worked on my XBOX one

Q: QuestionWill this support Xbox One Elite controller with the paddles installed?I use my Elite controller with paddles installed. Will I have to remove paddles to charge?
Asked by Kevin.
- A:Answer This dual charger has not been test fitted with the Xbox Elite controllers. The best option would be to test fit the controller in the charging base. Best Buy does offer a 15 day return policy that would allow you to return the unit if you do not like the fit or if it does not charge the elite controller.

Q: QuestionCan you charge the batteries without using the controller? Can you charge the batteries independent of the controller? For instance if I buy a few more back up batteries can they charge on the stand by themselves?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I actually believe you can. The way the charger works is by a pressure sensor. If you can find a way to make the charger packs stay on the pressure trigger, I'm pretty sure that the packs will still charge.

Q: QuestionDo you need to use the included stand?Do the controllers sit on the base and charge properly if you don't attach the stand that comes with this unit?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I tried this, and it works I guess, but its not a very good experience, it becomes top heavy and job flops. I would recommend using the stand.
