The charging dock is great!! Works just like it is suppose to and tidy's up at the same time (always keeping my remotes attached for charging when not using them). It sits on the end table that is right in the middle of all the action in my living room and is never an issue its slim sturdy and always reliable to do its job!

I was so tired of my controllers dying and having to scramble around to get batteries. I bought this for my Xbox one and couldn't be happier. Controllers last for days with the built in battery packs and charging takes only about an hour. Only downfall is it stands straight up but other than that this is a must buy.

My son loves this charger, holds charge long time.

One of my peeves about the XB1 is that the controllers don't come with a rechargeable battery. I picked this up before Christmas and loved how easy it was to charge the controllers, and how quickly they charged. Then the problems started, the dock would say the controllers were charged, when they weren't above halfway, and then when I could get an actual full charge, they died within 3-4 hours of use. Unfortunately when I returned it every single Best Buy within the KC metro area was sold out of ALL XB1 battery pack/charger stands. Back to Duracell's, I guess.

Great charging station. I like it because if find that if you bang the cable of the Microsoft Charge and Play while it's in the controller, you can't reliably charge any more. This system works well and is much more reliable since you're not charging with a cable in the controller. I like it and it works.

This stand is truly worth the money. It does not take up any space at all and the controllers are easy to put on or take off. Plus, it saves you from having to replace the batteries all the time. A+ product.

I have been pleasantly surprised at how well these work. They were cheaper than other ones, and the second one we bought was to replace a Nyko brand charger that just would not keep contact with the battery contacts no matter what we tried... It went in the trash and I replaced it with another Insignia.

I didn't like that the controllers have to sit in just right spot to charge. You cant just lay it in you have to make 100% sure its siting in correctly or you will have no charge.... but other then that the battery last long and work great

I bought this model because it was the only model they had in the store. It comes with 2 batteries. I only have a need for one controller, so I don't have a second controller. You cannot charge the batteries on this thing without them being in the controller. So basically I have a second battery that just sits there. It does charge fairly quickly. It has indicator lights to let you know when it's charging and done. It feels a little cheap when you place the controller onto the stand, as sometimes you need to wiggle it to get it seated properly to charge.

The Best Buy rep recommended this charger and we are extremely happy with it. Easy charging for two controllers. Includes two rechargable batteries. Eliminates the need to swap batteries every day.

When buying my system, I knew I would need a charging station. Given, I had used the energizer system for my 360, I compared it to this setup and chose to go with this one as it met the needs for the aesthetics of my entertainment cabinet. I have had it for about 2 months now and it works flawlessly.

This charger is cheap but it doesn't feel like it! The only problem I've had with this charging station is at first, it was a little difficult to figure out how to get the remote to fit into it. It probably took two minutes for 3 of us to figure it out, but once we did it was obvious.

Two complaints about this charger: first is the high profile it has because of how the electric plug connects to the charger. Second, the charger uses green lights to indicate the controllers are charging, which confused my kids for a few days! (They thought green meant "good to go!".)

What a great product! No more battery issues and convenient to charge after each use. Also, no more lost controllers as they are out of the way. A definite must investment for any gamer.

Works really well. I've never had any problems with any of the insignia brand electronics i've bought. My only slight complaint is the controllers were kind of hard to get into the charging position correctly at first. I quickly figured it out though and have had no problems since.

Just an all out great charger. Charges both my controllers quickly. And the charge last a good amount of time. Though I have seen cooler chargers out there I am very happy with this one.

I decided to give this charger a chance, and so far it has not failed it charges the batteries fast and the batteries last a decent time before you have to recharge.

So I wasn't expecting this to be all that great. But I had to stop being batteries, so what the heck why not. These things are a true lifesaver and easy for the kids to use too. Batteries last longer than the AAs it was chewing through. I think everyone with this console should get one
