At first putting the controllers on this charger was a challenge due to the design. Which is the reason for the 3 stars instead of 4. The charger fits in a smaller space, which is a plus.

I would go through packs and packs of batteries for my Xbox One controllers and it is extremely annoying and not cheap. This charger fixes both of those issues and has been working strong for the past few months. Great buy for the price!

Controllers fit, but the LED's could function better. I'm never really sure if the controllers are fully charged OR if they lost connectivity to the connection points. Jiggling put the LED on again. I haven't' had any dead controllers come off the charger yet, so I believe it to be working OK. It would be nice if the LED had a different flash rate or something on full charge. Currently it is OFF, just like when the controller is out of cradle and ON steady when charging. Do your homework, maybe there's a better one out there.

Great product for the money. I was very skeptical due to the low price, but this works like a dream and charges both controllers quickly.

Good price and descent battery life for a charger, will fall over if knocked a little, ie kids, animals

This is so nice that you are in the middle of a game and you need to recharge, it can do it without you having to stop in the highlight of your game and saves angry tears. It is so convenient. Helps make playing fun for everyone

I really prefer the vertical stand over the others only because it takes up less space and it holds the controllers nicely. i just wish and hopping for a elite controller adapter for it soon. Everything else about is great.

This is our second Insignia charger kit. Had one we loved for the 360, so went with same brand for the One. Had to exchange after Xmas as it was missing one of the battery covers, but Best Buy handled it quick and easy.

This is a good charger for your xbox one controllers. It does everything that it is supposed tobut the connections are a bit wonky. You must get the controller on the base just right or it will not make connection and charge.

If you have two controllers and can let one charge and use the other then switch when it dies you'll be fine. But it kinda sucks that there's no way to charge it alone without the controller. But very efficient and perfect.

It works... It's awesome it does all it really should... But it seems like the batteries don't hold a charge for long. It does put up with me and my gaming for about 5 hours then it had to be charged or I swap the battery.

This charger has literally saved my life!! No really ... Saved my life!!! A burgaler broke into my house while I was asleep and I used the controller to fool the perp making him think it was a gun. Highly recommended!!!

I bought the item while it was on sale and it has been a good product thus far. You can charge two controllers and while it wont charge it super fast, I place the controller on at night and I'm good to go the next day.

Way better than frantically searching through my junk drawer for spare AA batteries my level 65 Blastoise is about to get crunched by a level 9 Charmander. Will pay for itself in batteries and psychiatrist bills. 5 stars.

I was sold this by an associate who said it would charge the XBox Elite controllers. It will not. Very disappointed, but more so with the associate than the product.

I really like this product due to its small size and speed when charging. I'm a little disappointed in how fast the battery dies tho.

Charges up well. battery is able to hold up a good amount. A bit u sturdy and hard to put in but better than the other charging brand

Although this charges great the controller is difficult to place in the unit. Have had several occasions that my controller was dead because it was not in just right.

Does what it is expected to do. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the charging stand is vertical and it can be tricky setting the controllers on it. Would be better if it was vertical or at more of an angle.
