At first the light might turn off prematurely once or twice but stick with it. It will work.

We were having trouble getting the USB charge cord to plug in to the controllers. Had to hang the cord a certain way or put weight on it to get to charge. Contollers port was pushing back in too/ This charge system solved all that. Battery life has been solid. Can tip if you have two controllers in and pull the bottom one. A little common sense fixes that.

I bought this because it was only $20 and came with 2 rechargeable battery packs. Microsoft charges you $20 for 1 rechargeable battery pack and it charges it through the xbox1 itself. 4/5 because it's kind of awkward how you have to place the controllers in/on it. Always make sure the charging lights are on because you can easily place them incorrectly.

I bought this product after running through batteries every other day it seemed. The rechargeable features pay off in the long run, and the best approach if you are playing a single player game is to keep one on charge while using the other controller and cycle them out when one is running low. Great product. Great price. I highly recommend.

I purchased this item as a gift for my son so I wouldn't have to keep buying batteries for his XBox One controllers. It works great.

The station holds the controllers securely so they don't just fall off like some other chargers. The station is nice and charges the batteries quickly. The only downside if you can call it that, is the charger has its own batteries for the controllers. The batteries will not charge with the Xbox One USB cable and can only be charged on the station.

Even though I have had it for few days but I love the charger and it keeps it in place rather than laying around my living room.

Really skinny design so it fits in small spaces but it is pretty tall so will have to have tall space. Otherwise, works just fine!

Good piece of hardware --- light weight. Charges as indicated. Nothing special, but inexpensive way to charge up controllers.

I bought this for my nephew. He likes that he can charge more than one controller on it so all of his friends can all play together.

low cost charger that works well. paid for itself in a month because my kids were using a ton of AA batteries before we got this.

I was tired of chewing through batteries constantly and this was the perfect solution at a lower price point then branded versions.

Sometimes the controllers need a bit of a wiggle before they start to charge, but nothing too vexing. Works better than my Energizer setup ever did and at half the price (this Insignia unit cost me about $12 when I bought it). I would absolutely recommend.

Don't get me wrong but this brand probably is new for this but it's works perfectly and easy to set up not much to say so far perfect

Overall very happy. Only issue I had was not understanding how to place the controllers in to the unit. ...that's on me though
