It wasnt what I expected because i thought to believe the LED changed color depending on the charging status, but it actually always remains green and when its done charging it stops charging the controller and my controller is never full battery?

Great item. Had 2 extra bat tires with item. Work great for charging my Xbox One controllers. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend this charger for anybody that needs one for there Xbox One system.

I wasn't sure exactly which product to purchase because I'm the mom.. Therefore it isn't for me. I would actually like to say that I really don't like this product. The controllers ALWAYS stay charged now, leaving no reason for the kids to leave video games on their own. But, I suppose that it the purpose, therefore I have to give 5 stars. *sigh* If you want to lose your family to video games and make them angry when you tell them "game over", you should buy this product.

The charger comes with everything you need to charge two controllers and works like a champ. I like the LED indicators for charging/completed and it looks nice in my entertainment center.

Works as described, sturdy base. Only thing I would want for it is that the controllers sit in the slots better. Sometimes if they don't get placed all the way back the controllers won't charge.

I have not had any issues with this charger. Both controllers can charge at the same time. The only confusing thing was that the green LED means it is charging. When fully charged, the LED turns off.

Bought this for my sisters house to charge the controllers. I really like this charger better than the Energizer brand that I own for myself. Comes with the battery pack and works great!

This product is awesome it charges the packs really fast. It works best with 2 controllers but if you remember to set it on when you are done using your controller you will never have a problem.

This product has already paid for itself. I use my xbox one a lot, so even if the charger broke tomorrow I have already saved money by switching to this rather than constantly purchasing batteries.

Hard to get the change packs into the new Xbox one elite controllers - and even some of the special edition controllers. Would only recommend for standard Xbox one controllers.

The way the controllers set in to the stand takes a few tries to get used to, but overall the unit performs admirably. I haven't run out of battery during gaming sessions of 3-4 hours.

Nice Charger! provided 2 batteries and is only 5 dollars more than the official play and charge kit(which i own also). I orefer this over the offical as the batteries last longer.

For the same price as one Xbox brand play & charge kit... You get two rechargeable batteries and a chatge base that fits 2 controllers.

If you do not get the controller to sit on the stand just right it will not charge and getting it to sit just right should be as easy as setting it down but sadly it is not. With that being said it is better than nothing.

I love this Xbox one controller charger, it is really ease to use and it doesn't damage your controllers because it charges from the battery contacts not from the plug.....

Easy set and looks nice, but controllers can fall off if not set properly which can get tricky.

Controller isn't very secure. Always have to be checking to make sure it's charging. Other than that, batteries hold good charge, last a few days of multiple hours of game play

This charger was an easy purchase. It's nice to be able to charge the controllers for the next gaming session. Batteries last a long time and putting them in the charger is super easy.

This product is a hidden gem! Keeps your controls organized while charging at the same time! Best value in gaming, $25 for two batteries and the charger stand with custom back plates!

Nice pair of batteries but the stand is kind of weird. Wish i could charge my batteries without the controller attached. But it's the best buy for the money, no problems as of yet.
