Only complain is that the controllers weight isn't enough to always hold it against the charging pads. you have to sometimes make sure u push the controller down until u see the light go on to know its charging.

Previously had the charge and play unit to the controller, and just being able to set the controller to charge when I am not playing is so much better. Gets rid of all the wire clutter.

I have always been a fan of Insignia. Their televisions are wonderful. But, I have been extremely impressed with this charging tower. It is very pratical.

Don't keep wasting money on replacing batteries. Seriously, everyone who owns an Xbox One needs one of these. Initial investment isn't bad and it will pay off, especially if you use your system a lot.

I purchased this product and had a poor experience with it. This is the second one I have purchased, however this particular model would not charge the batteries- no power appeared to be getting to the charging stand. I disassembled and reassembled multiple times, with no success. The first one I bought last holiday is used by my son and is still working but this particular one seems to have been a lemon. I returned this item and purchased the Insignia charger that plugs into the left side of my Xbox One console. So far no issues with that one.

The charger works most of the time but you have to keep shaking the ge pads until you see the charging light come on. Sometimes this happens right away sometimes you need to move it quite a bit

Works great and does everything supposed to. Have no isses with this item and have had for almost 2 months

That summer my son my husband and me once play a lot and sometimes with two player Games so we always have enough charge under controllers And also it's looks beautiful

I will admit that I bought it more for teaching the kids to put things back when they finish using it...does a good job of that and maintains a fairly quick charge

Have to admit I've been disappointed in the past with off brand chargers but this one performs flawlessly and it's very affordable.

I bought this product because I didn't have much space on my entertainment center and it was much bigger than I expected it seems like a good idea that just wasn't done well

Battery station works but XBox One reads the controller as not fully charged even after removing the controller from the station after indicating the battery is charged.

The charger is great. It chargers the batteries fast for getting back to the game faster.

I got this charger when I got my Xbox One because I didn't want to go through an excessive amount of batteries. All I can say is that it is definitely worth a purchase.

This is a great charge station. I would have given it 5 stars if it was a side by side charge station. Make sure you have enough vertical clearance for this product.

I really enjoy this, especially for the price. Does exactly what it should and I always have a charged controller. The battery charge does seem short but not terrible.

I set my charger right on top of my Xbox and it works beautifully, the only issue is learning how to seat the controller nicely so the charging light comes on.

I was excited to get this charger. Boy did it let me down. It charges fine but the charge doesn't really last for the marathon gaming that I do somethimes

The dual controller charger is awesome! We love that we can put the controller on it when we are not playing and it will charge to full. All it takes is setting it down.
