Too fragile. And I have no pets or children. The batteries aren't quality. They're not taking a charge well

I wish Microsoft had designed the batteries so that they could be charged away from the controller like with the 360, but that's not the fault of this product

Great price for a set of rechargeable batteries and charger for the XBox One. Can be knocked over easily so I would keep it out of the reach of little ones.

It works like it is supposed to. You have to pay attention when placing the controller on the charger because the contacts are a little touchy.

Great charger for your Xbox controllers. Convenient size and easy to use - the LED light gives a simple and obvious clue that it's charging or fully charged.

works great as designed. have not had any issues. does get knocked over sometimes, if it was designed flat might have been better. Otherwise no complaints

I like the charger a lot. However, I wish I didn't have to charge as often! Worth buying if you don't mind having to charge frequently!

I like that this design holds the controllers in nicely to charge. However, it is make of plastic and with prolonged use I think the base will crack.

The product is not that great! I thought for the money I was spending I would have obtained a better product but that was false! the problem with the product that bothers me is that when you set the controllers in position to charge they don't always keep the charging connection meaning , when they are in the holster/on the charge , they get dislodged on their own and don't keep a connection! I'm not satisfied at all with this product

Charging and docking works great. However when using the rechargeable battery packs the controllers sometimes won't link with the console. You have to turn the console on and off several times to get the controllers to link up. Once they link there's no problems but it's pretty annoying. I don't have that trouble with the regular batteries

I wish it came with a bundle controller it would make the price worth it. To expensive but i know xbox1 is new and they are trying to make money

Works well. Better than buying batteries. Controllers have a tendency to fall off the stand when jostled. Overall a good buy for the price.

The only thing I didn't like about this charger is that only some times fully charged the battery.(most times only 70 or 80% full)

Good charger for the price. Nice to be able to charge multiple batteries at once. Clean design and controllers sit well on base.

Got as a gift for you my brother. He seems to get alot of use out of it. More organized than his controllers laying by outlets.

Keeps controllers charged and ready to play. Sometimes hard to tell if you have snapped the controller in far enough to stick.

It works as good as it's described. I would recommend it too all my xbox one user friends

I have had no problems with the unit except for the learning curve trying to figure out how the controller fits into the stand.
