convenient, however, feels cheap. ill use it until i have issues, use my gsp to get a better branded one.

We bought this for our son and it doesn't work properly it is made very cheap

Normally the Insignia brand is pretty good. But this unit didn't last past Christmas. I definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing this one. The best unit on the market for your Xbox One is the Power A - Dual Controller Charging Station.

The controllers fail to keep charging. One must constantly adjust them on the stand to keep the charge going. It's highly irritating.

After purchasing one with my initial XBOX One purchase, it simply wouldn't charge either of the two included batteries. I exchanged for another (newer packaging) device and I was still unable to chanrge either of the two included batteries. I'm not sure the design securely holds the OEM Microsoft controllers. After returning for a second time, I opted for the Microsft USB rechargeable batteries, which work from day one. I wish this would have worked better - it's footprint is great and seemed easy to use...

I am not to overly thrilled with this charger. Looks good but I am finding out that you have to line them up just right to maintain the charging. Sometimes they shift out of alignment just so and they don't charge.

This Insignia Dual Controller Charger does exactly what I need it do. It's light, presents my controllers very well, charges fairly quickly, and saves precious space on my stand. Has a very affordable price point, as well, so if you're looking to save a little cash, this is the one for you.

This was handed to me by an employee to play my HD High Definition videos. It will not do that, not will it play 3D videos. It only streams High Definition. I returned it.

You can charge 2 controllers at once, Kind of hard to mount both controllers, while the controllers are charging you can not use these to play.

Unsure if its charging as the charge light doesn't always turn on. Sometimes it'll stay on for a few seconds then turn off. Poor product.

Design only works on desktop and does not allow user to place the charger in a tv hutch on a shelf

The batteries only lasted about 5hrs. on a full charge with party chat. I was very disappointed.

Don't get me wrong yes it charges but you waist 20 min trying to make the controllers stay
