I only had this product for about two weeks and I returned it. It wasn't charging the batteries full. I could only have one charging at a time and this was once I played with it to get it to work. Don't waste your time or money. I was very unhappy and someone else had returned the same item earlier in the day same day I returned mine.

It does the job and it keeps your paddles organized

I had to return it after putting it together. Two regular controllers will not fit in the charger, the RT and LT from the upper controller hit the lower controller making them unstable in the base.

The "charge" light turns on when you place the controller in the cradle, but very quickly turns off! Doesn't charfe the battery!

Put this together, plugged it in, and the lights wouldn't even turn on. Probably a fluke, but we went with another brand after this.

Controllers annoyingly fall off. Charging plug pops out very easily. Will not charge a battery without being inside the controller

My son did not like the charger, The batteries get very hot.

It's so hard to connect the controller to the charge station. It's stupid annoying.

One of the truths about wireless controllers for gaming is they usually need a charge right when you're in the middle of a killer game. With this set up, though, you can toss one controller on there and pick it up and keep gaming when the other battery dies out. Because of the way the XB1 controllers are, and the way this is set up, you do need to keep the battery pack on the controller. So I would recommend having two controllers if you're a solo gamer (one charges while the other is being used). Or if you have multiple players in your home, keep a controller on here so it's ready to go. The price is great, the build is solid, and it's super simple to set up and use.

The charger works great, just swap in the battery pack where your traditional batteries went and put on the new backplate with a hole for the charger contacts and you're off, setting it in the charging cradle is easy and it's an attractive piece. You may ask why i gave it a 4 out of 5, that's because after a year i had to swap for a new one as one of the battery packs stopped charging, fortunately best buy rocks and gave me a new one same day under MFG warranty. So not a big deal!

This charger does what it says it does - Charge! I can go on all day playing my favorite games using this charger. It comes with 2 batteries. If one dies use the other one. The only reason why I didn't give it a full 5 stars is you have to make sure the controller is placed on the charger as where the contacts are connected to the charger so you have to sort of play with it to get it on correctly. Other than that you will save tons of money from buying batteries!

My nephews had been using cheap rechargeable batteries in their controllers, and they ended up losing the backplate to one of the controllers as well. So this having come with custom backplates for the specially designed battery packs, was perfect for them. It replaced the backplate they lost, and provided easy recharging for their controllers, providing they could remember to put them in the charging dock when they were done using them. The only real drawback is the stand was flimsy, and when trying to plug the charging cord into the base, the plug on the inside of the stand actually shifted position. Was a little worried about it, but it seems to still work fine, and they haven't mentioned any problems with it since.

The charger works good and the spare controller is always charged and ready for use. Very convenient and better than using rechargeable batteries. My only issue is that it seems a little awkward fitting the controllers into the slots and mating the "prongs" to the battery door, but once you do that it works well.

My son loves this Dual Xbox ONE Controller Charger, so that he can ALWAYS have a SPARE Fully Charged Controller waiting to be used, "IN CASES OF EMERGENCY, AND YOUR DEAD SMACK IN THE MIDDLE OF A (TAKE DOWN) AND HAVE TO GRAB A SPARE", LOL!!!!

The batteries are high capacity, I get tons of game time out of them, and the charger is easy to use, has convenient lights on the front to tell me when the charging is complete, and looks cool on my TV stand. What else do you want?

I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from... easy to deal with, charges well, charges last... my son plays some intense sessions... no worries

Good product for the price - does what it sets out to do. The battery cover is more flush than the Energizer model, which is nice. I would prefer that it have a weighted base given how tall the thing is - it has a tendency to wobble and move around. Note that while the base is technically detachable (as noted several times in the description and on the box), it's attached with a series of clips that probably won't hold up to repeated detachments. The base is also not optional as one might be led to believe - you can't plug in the power cord without installing it.

Couldn't be happier with this item. Comes with two batteries, which alone are worth the price, solid dock, fast charge times. Highly recommend

Bought it on sale and we've been very pleased. Tilted stand holds the controllers perfect. Comes with battery packs which is a plus.
